Regularly, Fulton County Schools creates a new Strategic Plan to guide its work. It is intended to ensure that all stakeholders – including the school board, district staff, principals, teachers, students, parents and community members – are working toward a shared set of goals and priorities.

As a district, the Strategic Plan will define our processes, direction and decision-making. Staff, parent and community input is valuable and necessary to make its creation a success. During the spring of 2023, we surveyed our FCS stakeholders, families and staff, to get their thoughts and opinions. While the survey is now closed, the results of this "Thought Exchange" are available using the links below.
