Tennis 

 The girls varsity tennis team opened the season at home on Tuesday with a non conference match against Chattahoochee.  The Lady Raiders swept ‘Hooch; all lines won and  in straight sets. Standouts in the match: Sara Berry line 1 singles; Isabella Markus  line 2 singles; Alyssa Khalil  line 3 singles; Ashley Lu and Aditi Desai at line 1 doubles;  

Lauren Heffner and Ishita Ravi at line 2 doubles.  

The team plays next at Cambridge on February 16th. Come out and cheer them on if you are able! 

Soccer 

 

Congrats to our Varisty men's soccer team for their 4-2 victory over Blessed Trinity. After going down 2-0, our raiders battled back to defeat BT. Goals scored by Ricardo PUH-drah-has, Angel Perez, Andres Blanco, and Beka Stengel. Assists from Lolo Avalos and Beka Stengel. Raider of the Match went to Andres Blanco for putting the Raiders ahead 3-2 in the second half. Our boys take on local rivals Hooch this Friday at Hooch. Come out and support. It's official- the A-Train has left the building! 

  

Lacrosse 

  

The Varsity Mens Lacrosse team has their opening game against West Forsyth High School tomorrow at 6:30pm at West Forsyth. Come out and support the team!  

  

Science Fair 

  

The following students won awards at the Fulton County Regional Science and Engineering Fair this past weekend and are moving on to compete at the state level: 

  

Nisha Jaganathan and Maya Rajesh won 1st place in Animal Sciences 

Varsha Jacob won 1st place in Mathematics 

Tanishk Deo won 1st place in Software Systems
