Congratulations to our Varsity Ladies Volleyball Team who will be playing in the State Play Off semi-finals tomorrow morning at Lake Point. Come out tomorrow to support our volleyball players!

Varsity Gymnastics

Informational Meeting for AHS Women’s Varsity Gymnastics will be Wednesday, November 17th at 5:00 in the Media Center!  We will explain the requirements for participation in the AHS Women’s Varsity Gymnastics Program.

Dual Enrollment

Students who are scheduled for Dual Enrollment classes for Spring 2022, all forms and contract must be completed by Monday. Check your emails or additional information.

AP Courses

Attention students taking an AP course in our building, you should have completed your AP exam registration with your AHS classroom teacher. This is an extremely important step you must take to be able to sit for the AP exam. If you have questions about your exam registration, please check with your AHS teacher. After speaking with your teacher, if you still have questions, you may contact Ms. Ketchup.

Late Start Wednesday

Please mark your calendar for next Wednesday, November 3rd as an Alpharetta High School Late Start Wednesday. This is a two-hour delayed start. AHS will have an adjusted bell schedule with 1st period starting at 10:20 a.m. Busses run at regular times on Late Start Days, so students without their own transportation to school will ride their bus at regular time and have a two-hour study hall in the cafeteria or media center. Please keep in mind that carpool drop off will be much heavier than a typical day, so please plan accordingly with more time to get to campus. Please be certain to review the Late Start Wednesday bell schedule: 2021-2022 Bell Schedules - All.pdf (google.com) Additionally, please note that we do not have Anchor Time or any off campus lunch privileges on Late Start Wednesdays. Again, no Anchor Time or off campus lunch privilege next Wednesday. Please plan accordingly.

Enjoy your Halloween weekend Raider Nation. That’s all for today, Raiders! Stay Safe!
