FCS "Back To School 2020-21" Virtual Briefings

Virtual Briefings Fulton County Schools has scheduled a series of Virtual Briefings for parents and employees of the district on the reopening plans announced by Dr. Looney on June 29. The virtual meeting schedule is provided below. Initial meetings will be available via Microsoft Teams Live (See links below) and will also be streamed live on the FCS home page. Any support materials, if used, will be provided as well. All meetings will be recorded and made available here for viewing anytime.

At the June 29 called meeting of the Fulton County Board of Education, cabinet members and other staff presented Dr. Mike Looney's plan for reopening FCS schools in August 2020.  

Back to School Discussion

Individual Remote Learning – Elementary School

Individual Remote Learning – Middle Sschool

Full-Time Fulton Virtual – High School

Nutrition/Transportation
July 13 @ 10 a.m.

This session will be a combo Transportation/Nutrition overview. Topics include student and bus driver safety, expectations for social distancing, managing the seating assignments, and other back-to-school planning that involves our school buses. Also, information about health & food safety measures, meal service protocols for students, social distancing expectations at mealtime, and more information to get your student ready for the first day of school.

Athletics/Extracurricular Activities
