Hopewell Middle School Registration for New Students

Who Are Not Currently Enrolled in a Fulton County School

Welcome to Hopewell Middle School! To ensure the safety of our staff, prospective students, and their families, all pre-registrations for the 2022-2023 school year will be conducted via email. We have provided the following instructions to guide you through the registration process. We appreciate your flexibility and patience as we work together to ensure your student(s) are enrolled and the proper placement is made to ensure their success.

Step 1: Complete the On-line Registration (OLR) form located on the Fulton County Schools website:

  • Go to www.fultonschools.org
  • Select "Students and Families" from the green menu bar across the top of the page.
  • Next, Select "Enrolling Your Student" in the maroon colored box
  • In the bottom Right section you will see a circle with a link under it to the on-line registration form. Click on the link.
  • That will take you to a page where you will select the language. Select the language most comfortable for you. This will take you to a short form which you will complete. Then click on the blue "Begin Registration" button. You will receive an email with instructions to complete the rest of the registration form.
  • Upload your student’s Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Immunization Record (GA Form 3231), Vision Hearing and Dental Screening Certificate (GA Form 3300), and 2 proofs of residency. You will prompted to upload these documents as you complete the on-line registration form. If you are unable to provide a GA Form 3231 or GA Form 3300, your student will be provisionally enrolled. These medical forms must be provided within 30 days of the start of school to remain enrolled.
  • * One proof must be a current (within the last 30 days) copy of your water or electric bill or a letter from your service provider stating you have applied for service. The letter must include your name and address. The second proof of residency must be from the following list and contain your name and Alpharetta/Milton address: valid Driver’s License or State ID with your current address, copy of home sale contract, current bank statement, current paycheck, current HOA bill, current apartment/house lease, homeowner’s or renter’s insurance registration card or Section Eight/HUD contract.
  • After the OLR form is complete and submitted, you will receive an email confirming the On-Line Registration Application Number. Please make a note of this number.

Step 2: Complete the Authorization to Release Student Information Form.  Click HERE to download the form.

Step 3: After you receive the OLR Application number, please email the Hopewell Middle School Registrar, Vickie Pavane, at pavane@fultonschools.org. Provide your student’s name, grade and OLR Application number. Attach Authorization to Release Student Information Form, referenced in Step 2, to your email, and your student(s) most recent report card and other placement information.

Step 4: Starting July 6, Ms. Pavane will review your on-line application, the required documents, and the release form. She will reach out to you to finalize the enrollment process.

During the summer months, we may not receive records from your student’s previous school in a timely fashion. Please feel free to share your student’s most recent report card and other placement information with the Registrar.
