Parent input for Fall Placement 

It’s that time of the year when we ask parents to give us your input regarding your child’s placement for the 2023-2024 school year.  

The parent placement form asks about your child’s strengths, needs, types of learning environments best suited for your child, and any important medical information.  

If you have a child who will be in Pre-K, Kindergarten, or new to High Point, you are welcome to list one or more friends that you would like to see in your child’s class. We will do our best to place a friend that you list with your child, but there is no guarantee. Please note that a specific teacher’s name should not be listed for the next year’s class placement. 

The form needs to be downloaded and then emailed to Sheri Hess, our CST, at hess@fultonschools.org BY May 5^th.
