2020 College/Career Month
October 1, 2020 marks the 2020 COLLEGE/CAREER MONTH kickoff! Throughout the month of OCTOBER, counselors will present various opportunities for Centennial students to explore post-secondary options. The student opportunities are as follows:
Student opportunities include both CHS and community events. The CHS LIVE events will be hosted through the TOOLS FOR SUCCESS classes, SENIOR ELA classes and the JROTC classes. The events will be recorded and presented to all students for viewing at their leisure. All students may complete the COLLEGE/CAREER EVENT QUESTIONNAIRE that will guide the focus of each CHS LIVE event. This questionnaire will ensure that each LIVE session meets the needs of students participating live, and students who must engage the event recording. All events may be accessed via the COLLEGE/CAREER MONTH CALENDAR.
(OCT. 7, 2020) CHS APPLY-TO-COLLEGE DAY: Every senior student will have the opportunity to complete at least one college application with the direct assistance of a CHS counselor.
