Student Registration Information for the 2021-22 school year
Parents must complete and submit the Fulton County Enrollment Form online. (www.fultonschools.org/enrollment) Please visit this page to read about registration requirements, including residency and documents needed.
The Online Registration form allows documents to be directly uploaded while completing the application. Please do this if possible!
When the OLR application has been completed, please provide the application number to the Autrey Mill MS Registrar, Barbara Pieper, email@example.com. Once the application is reviewed and all required documents provided, the school will approve the application. Your student is NOT enrolled until this step is completed.
Please note that OLR applications submitted prior to August 1 will NOT be approved without ALL necessary documents, including 2 proofs of residence and the 2 Georgia health documents (Georgia Immunization form 3231 and Georgia Certificate of Vision Hearing Dental Nutrition Screening form 3300).
