Graduation Master of Ceremony Auditions

  • Congratulations! You are almost to Graduation! We will have a Graduation Master of Ceremonies (MC) for our 2023 Cambridge Commencement Exercises. The MC will make an introductory speech at the beginning of the event and introduce speakers throughout the ceremony. If you are interested in auditioning for this spot, please complete the form below by March 20, 2023, at 4:00 pm. Audition information will be sent out later that week and will occur Monday, March 27, and March 28, if needed. Senior and Senior Parent/Guardian Meeting

  • We have rescheduled the March 15 Senior and Senior Parent/Guardian meeting to Thursday, April 13, at 6:00 pm, in the Cambridge Theater. The session will cover the following:

    • Commencement Exercises - May 23 at 7:30 pm - Ameris Bank Amphitheater
    • Dress and arrival to graduation
    • Ticket distribution - 12 per senior
    • Mandatory graduation rehearsal - May 18 at 4:00 pm - Cambridge Theater
    • Senior exit requirements and check out

    • Prom
    • Expectations

Senior Slideshow

  • The PTSA is collecting photos for the senior slide show. If you would like to include photos, please email them cambridgehsclassof2023@gmail.com. Include the names of the senior students pictured. Seniors only, please (or seniors with siblings). Images should be school appropriate. There is a maximum of 2-3 photos per submission. Please know there is no guarantee all submitted photos will be used. The PTSA would like to have at least one of every senior represented.

Senior Reminders (Transcripts, FAFSA, Scholarships)

  • Mid-Year Transcripts Available January 12

    Seniors who have applied to colleges that require a mid-year transcript with First Semester grades should request the transcript in Naviance. This includes colleges applied for through Common App or directly to the institution. Transcripts will be available on January 12, and requests will be sent after this date.     FAFSA Application

    Seniors applying to college should complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) as soon as possible. Colleges need this information to determine eligibility for grants, loans, and work student programs.

    HOPE & Zell Miller Scholarships Applications

    The HOPE and Zell Scholarships are included in FAFSA; The Georgia Student Finance Commission suggests applying for these scholarships by completing the Georgia Student Financial Aid Application System. To access GSFAPPS, visit GAfutures HOPE & State Aid Programs site.

    All males must register with the Selective Services to qualify for the HOPE or Zell Miller Scholarships or any Federal aid per Georgia law. Visit Selective Service System for more information and to register.

    Zell Miller Scholarship

    The Zell Miller Scholarship requires an SAT score of 1200 or an ACT score of 26 on a single test. In addition, applicants need a final HOPE GPA of 3.7, as calculated by the Georgia Student Finance Commission. Note students who need to retake a test to achieve the required score should take the test this semester.

    HOPE & Zell Miller Scholarship Eligibility Tracking

    Students can track their HOPE or Zell Miller Scholarship status through My High School HOPE GPA. The status of acceptable test scores that are received will update within 3 to 5 business days.
