Open House - Thursday August 4, 2022

Our 4th & 5th grade chorus recently performed at the “Gwinnett Stripers” game. Thank you to Ms. Evans for consistently showcasing our school in such a positive light! 

Thanks to all of the parents that attended the “Parent Appreciation Breakfast/Brunch” and the chorus for a stellar performance at the event.

Members of our staff played volleyball as 3rd-5th grade students and teachers cheered with great intensity. The pep rally took place to motivate our eagles to “Ace GA Milestones!”

We are excited to announce that River Eves Elementary is beginning a new partnership with a local organization that supports our Latino (Hispanic) families.

Below are informational flyers regarding an upcoming community event, as well information for summer programs.  

Best Fulton County Schools Board Member EVER! Julia Bernath donated a book to the River Eves media center (AKA: “The Nest”). Author Malcom Mitchell was a former UGA football star and played in the NFL.

Our PTA kicked off “Staff Appreciation Week” with a visit from Chay J’s mobile candy store. New Orleans style snacks at their best! 

Another GREAT BIG “Thank You” goes out to our PTA for another day of showing appreciation to our staff by serving Waffle House for lunch Mardi Gras style!

The River Eves Science Olympiad team placed 11th out of 21 Fulton County elementary schools.

A 3rd place medal went to Maxwell Vail & Samuel French for “Mystery Architecture.”

The team scored in the “Top Ten” in 10 out of 18 total events.

Thank you River Eves staff for participating in the PTA fundraising game against the Harlem Wizards at Centennial High School!

It’s official! “The Nest” has become a reality! Rebranding our media center to reflect our immense eagle pride. We will enjoy the beauty of this mural for years to come. Thank you to our wonderful PTA for making it a reality for River Eves Elementary!
