Very exciting news! Check out the photos of the historic school desk that was donated to River Eves Elementary by one of our former eagle families. We are so appreciative of the Gore family for this generous gesture and gift.

Be sure to check it out the next time that you visit the school. The desk is located in “The Nest” (media center) and is positioned in the small nook just outside the entrance to the morning newsroom.

Our River Eves Science Olympiad team competed boldly in this year’s Regional competition by placing 12th out of 28 Fulton County Elementary Schools. The team placed in the “top 10” In 9 out of 18 total events. Thank you to Ms. Lyles, Ms. Baker, and Ms. Robertson for coaching up our eagles in amazing fashion. Also, a shout out to Ms. Starling for serving as the school’s volunteer on the day of the event. Our eagles soared high once again! 

2023-2024 Spring Registration Information (Kindergarten and New Student)

Congratulations to our Teacher of the Year finalists (Kathy Pace -3rd grade & Sebin Chang - 3rd grade)! Ms. Jennifer Banks (1st grade) was selected as our 2022-2023 Teacher of the Year. Three ladies that represent River Eves Elementary in true eagle fashion! 

2023-2024 FCS PreK Registration Guidelines

Our River Eves Reading Bowl team placed 4th among all participating Fulton County elementary schools. We would like to offer a huge shout out to Ms. Fragale for her phenomenal coaching, as well as Ms. Carrillo & Ms. Baker for supporting the event. We are so proud of our participating 4th/5th eagles! Soar high, Eagle readers!

Our first official family engagement event, led by River Eves parents, was a huge success. The parent-focused group derived from the work of our School Governance Council.

Thank you to Mayor Kurt Wilson and Councilwoman Lee Hills for visiting River Eves Aquaponics Lab to celebrate all of the wonderful upgrades!

Our first round of “Parent Connection Circles” went exceptionally well. Great turnout! Thank you to our Eagle parents that participated in the event.

We had an amazing induction ceremony for our 23 new inductees to the River Eves Elementary chapter of the National Elementary Honor Society. We are so proud of our students and their accomplishments!
