Candidate Declaration Window Is Open!The window for parents and teachers to declare candidacy for their school's School Governance Council opened on February 5. During this time, individuals interested in serving a 2-year term (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2026) will have the opportunity to complete a Candidate Declaration Form. The declaration window will remain open until March 29 with voting to take place in April.

The Virtual Art Show has begun!
How the Art Show Works:
- The Virtual Art Show is where you go to view and purchase Framed Originals & Framed Reproductions.
- All purchases are done online with a credit or debit card on the Virtual Art Show.
- No Cash or Checks accepted at the In-Person Art Show.
- You can access the Virtual Art Show by scanning the QR Code or by Website Link that is provided.
- You can skip the wait in Line at the In-Person Art Show by purchasing online at the Virtual Art Show before the In-Person Art Show or by purchasing from your mobile device at the In-Person Art Show.
- After purchasing or if you purchased prior to the In-Person Art Show, please show a Volunteer, Art Teacher, or Artome Staff your confirmation email/text receipt and receive an orange bag.
- You may pick up your Framed Original purchase at the In-Person Art Show if you purchase prior to or at the In-Person Art Show.
- If you don’t attend the In-Person Art Show and purchased prior to, your Framed Original will be left at the school after the In-Person Art Show if you choose Ship to School.
- All Framed Reproductions will be shipped after the Art Show ends.
- One orange bag per Framed Original purchased. This will be your visual receipt when you leave the In-Person Art Show.

Families: In order to access your child's unique Fulton County ClassLink Apps (just like the students do at school), you must follow these instructions:
Step 1: Fulton County Schools / Homepage (fultonschools.org) Please go to the main Fulton County Webpage at fultonschools.org
Please note: Do not Google "ClassLink" and try to log on. You must go through the Fulton County Webpage in Step 1 above to access the Fulton County Single-User Sign-On that is provided for every student at Fulton County.
Step 2: Under Students & Families - Instructional Tech you will select ClassLink
Step 3: Username: (County-Provided ID Number) and Password: Birthdate in MMDDYYYY format

Checklist for New MBES Parents
MBES Parents and Guardians,
Welcome to Medlock Bridge Elementary! Below are some tasks to complete as you get oriented.
☐ Download Campus Parent App: On a computer, visit https://www.fultonschools.org/infinitecampus to register and for more information. You will need your student's name as it appears on birth certificate, birthdate, grade level, and student ID. You can find your child's student ID on your Online Registration printout. If you are unable to locate student ID, you can get that information at Sneak Preview or by coming into the front office.
☐ Download the infinite campus parent app from your device's app store.
☐ Find Bus routes and times: Bus information can be found in the Campus Parent app under the more tab followed by the transportation tab. Additionally, the Here Comes the Bus App will also have bus information along with real time location of your child's bus. You can also locate bus information here: https://edulogweb.fultonschools.org/livewq/webquery/.
☐ Determine the color and animal that goes with your child’s bus number. The sites above will only provide you with a bus number. Click HERE for a chart of numbers, colors and animals.
☐ Download the Here Comes the Bus app: This app uses GPS technology to locate and track your child's bus. Additionally, it will provide you with your child's bus number and stop information. Use the school code: 87428. For information visit, https://www.fultonschools.org/herecomesthebus
☐ Join PTO online at: https://medlockbridgepto.membershiptoolkit.com. You can also order a yearbook and sign up for volunteer activities.

New Student Registration

New Student Registration Days for the 2023 – 2024 school year are Wednesday, March 15 and Thursday, March 16.
Parents should use the online enrollment application process to register at their convenience.
Children currently enrolled in a Pre-K in Fulton County Schools will automatically be enrolled in their home school.

Temporary Remote Participation
If you are in need of your child working remotely for a limited amount of time, FCS now allows students to "participate remotely" up to 5 days per semester. Parents must communicate in advance with the teacher and complete the form linked HERE. Students will complete 45 minutes in i-Ready Math and Reading along with any assignments arranged by the teacher. Policy JBD (Absences and Excuses)

Student Transfers to other FC school
If you are transferring from Medlock Bridge Elementary School to another Fulton County School, go to the Parent Portal and complete the on line transfer information. You will need to contact the new Fulton County school and provide them any documentation they may need to complete the registration.
If you are not going to attend Medlock Bridge Elementary School and will not be in Fulton County, you must complete and sign the withdrawal form. Please contact MBESwithdrawals@fultonschools.org for further guidance.

Report a Concern
You can submit an ANONYMOUS TIP to school and district officials through our FCS Tip Line App. Whether it's about bullying, a friend in need of counseling, or suspicious/illegal behavior observed on campus, you can let us know without having to reveal your identity.

Medlock Bridge PTO
Why Join the PTO? It’s your sign of support of all of the events and academic enrichment we provide to Medlock Bridge each year. There are no meetings and no volunteer requirement. It’s an easy way to help our students and support the school! Memberships range from $20-$250.
What is Membership Toolkit?
A PTO Management system (including a mobile app available on iPhone or Android) that will provide parents with a central location for contact information, volunteering, and purchasing items such as spirit wear and memberships.
Advantages for Parents:

How to use Toolkit:
You can either access Toolkit online at https://medlockbridgepto.membershiptoolkit.com or you can download the Toolkit App for your phone.
- Go to https://medlockbridgepto.membershiptoolkit.com.
- Click on the Register/Login button.
- If you already have an account with another organization that uses Membership Toolkit you can use the same email and password to login. You can then proceed to the numbered steps below.
- Select "Create Account" and fill in the name, email, and password information.
- Click "verify my email" and then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.
- Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process.
- Complete the Parent/Family and Student Information.
- Complete the Directory/Publish Preferences.
- Once these forms are complete, you will be presented with forms for PTO Membership, Spirit Wear, and Volunteer Opportunities.
- Once the Primary Account is set up, thePrimary User can "invite" other email addresses to access his/her account. This allows the Secondary User to have their own login information, but still have access to the family account.
