All persons interested in volunteering in the Fulton County School District are required to re-register/register (even if a person has completed an application in the past) by completing the new online volunteer registration/application process. The registration process can be found on the FCS District Website under Community/Partners & Volunteers or click on the Volunteer global icon. Applicants should be prepared to spend about 10-15 minutes for the training and application process. In accordance with State Law, all volunteers must be current with the Child Abuse Reporting Protocol Training before being allowed to volunteer in our schools. It is very important that volunteers enter their full legal name as it appears on their government issued ID (please do not use nicknames or “goes by” names on the application). All applicants must wait 24 hours after applying for application processing and approval.
Please participate in this very important Climate Survey from the GA Department of Education. Please read the questions carefully and submit your answers. We encourage as much participation as possible! Thanks in advance for taking the time to participate.
Campus Parent and Campus Student Portal
The Infinite Campus portals - Campus Parent and Campus Student - provide access to information for all enrolled students in their household. Information includes grades, attendance, assignments, and school announcements.

New Student Enrollment
Fulton County Schools is making it easier for parents of new students to complete their child's registration for enrEllment. This option allows parents to control the data supplied for their student's enrollment and provide for timely processing of the enrollment request.
For access to Infinite Campus visit https://www.fultonschools.org/infinitecampus.
Parents, please skip the instructions to upload copies of the required supporting documents. To complete the online enrollment, you are asked to bring the original required documents to the school. The school personnel will verify and obtain copies of the documentation. Remember, you must come in person to the school to complete the enrollment and bring all documents for your child to be placed in a homeroom; completing the online component is only the first step.
This registration is only required for new students K-5. If your child is currently enrolled in the 2018-2019 school year at Hembree Springs, he or she will automatically be placed in a classroom for the 2019-2020 year.
