Enrollment at Fulton County Schools

  • Fulton County Schools utilizes Online Registration powered by Infinite Campus for all enrollment needs.

    Parents/guardians of students new to Fulton County should register for the 2020-21 (starting school August 2020) school year.

    Parents can upload required documentation while completing the online application. If a parent is unable to upload required documentation, please contact your local school for next steps.

     


     The recent changes in the COVID-19 data have made it clear that a virtual learning environment is now the safest option for all our students and staff.  

    All Fulton County Schools (FCS) students will be enrolled via Universal Remote Learning in your currently assigned schools, and no separate application process is needed for current students.

     

    More details regarding Universal Remote Learning will be available at the Thursday, July 23, 2020 Fulton County School Board meeting.  Thank you for your patience and understanding as we make decisions that keep our students, their families and our staff members safe.

    Step 5: Contact your local school with OLR application number

     

    Helpful Hints Before You Begin:

    • Have the following information available for all student's in your household:

      • Student's FULL Name (First, Middle, Last)
      • Student's Date of Birth
      • Student's FULL Social Security Number (optional)

    • Write down your application number for reference

    • Parents should have a valid email address

  • Existing families can use the parent portal to enroll a new student OR transfer buildings within Fulton County Schools.

    Building Transfer

    Step 1: Contact your student's current school(s) and sign a withdrawal form

    Step 2: Gather documentation for valid school change

    • Proof or residence (address change)
    • Hardship Approval
    • Charter school acceptance

    Step 3: Update the OLR (Online Registartion) application in the parent portal* (If you do not have a portal account, please vist Campus Parent to set-up your account)

    Step 4: Contact your student's new school with OLR application number
