Happy New Year, Gullatt Families!

    We hope you had a happy Winter Break and remained healthy. As you are aware, the district will begin with remote learning for all students on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, through Friday, January 7, 2022. Face-to-Face instruction will return on Monday, January 10, if we meet the criteria to open face-to-face. Please continue to report positive COVID cases to the district using the link found on www.fultonschools.org.

    Students will participate in a combination of live (synchronous) and at-their-on-pace (asynchronous) learning this week. Live lessons begin at 8 am each day and conclude at 10 am. Students are expected to work on their asynchronous assignments for the rest of the day. Unfortunately, we do not have devices for students in PK-2nd grade. Please reach out to your student’s teacher to let them know if your student will participate online using their personal device or if you want to pick up a learning packet for the week. Packets will be available after 10 am on Monday, January 3. 

    Students in grades 3-5 have district devices and are expected to meet live with teachers from 8 am until 10 am and then complete assigned lessons for the remainder of the day. We hope that you student took excellent care of the device over the break.  We have limited devices available for 3rd, 4th or 5th grade students who typically borrow device. We also have chargers to loan to student for the week.  These devices will be available on Monday, January 3rd from 8:30 am to 3 pm.  Please communicate your technology needs prior to the start of the instructional day. 

    Meal distribution will be on Thursday, January 6th from 9:30 - 11:30. 

    Please remember that COVID-19 is an ever-changing situation, one we cannot predict. We will continue to communicate changes as they occur. We implore our community to do all they can to be safe. We strongly encourage people to get vaccinated. Please follow public health guidelines and report any positive COVID-19 cases to the Parent or Employee portals.
