Joel Peterson
Mr. Peterson began his career in education in 2010 after serving in the United States Navy. During the past twelve years he has had the privilege to serve students, staff, and families in multiple communities. Mr. Peterson was named the Principal of Northwestern Middle School in July 2019. He is a native Texan and a proud alumnus of Texas A&M University. He resides in Forsyth County with his wife Corey and two beautiful girls, Millie and Claire, who will be entering 4th and 5th grade.
I am excited for my fourth school year as the Principal of Northwestern Middle School! I look forward to working with our staff and community to ensure we provide a first-class education and middle school experience for our students!
