Advanced Placement (AP) Exams are nationally normed exams administered by the CollegeBoard at the conclusion of a specific AP course.
This year, JCHS is offering two separate windows/formats for students to complete AP exams. All paper-pencil exams will be taken face-to-face at the school from May 3rd through May 17th. All virtual exams will be taken remotely at home from June 1st through June 11th.
AP Exams for Advanced Placement foreign language courses and Advanced Placement Music Theory are only offered during the May, paper-pencil face-to-face administration.

Final Exams are teacher-generated, comprehensive exams given at the end of each semester.
Final Exams may not be exempted in Dual enrollment courses, EOC courses, AP courses, GAVS, Fulton Virtual, and TAG Internships.
In courses that have a state End-of-Course exam, the EOC constitutes the "Final Exam" for that course - there is not an additional teacher-generated Final Exam.
