TeleSchool Call Center for Parents/Students will be open from 8 am-4 pm: 470-254-2300
Fulton County Schools Learning and Teaching staff created a Remote Learning Hotline (470) 254-2300 to assist Parents/Guardians and Students with questions and concerns related to digital resources.
The Remote Learning Hotline option to “dial 9 for password assistance” assists Parents/Guardians and Students with login issues related to the computer or Classlink (formerly known as Launchpad).
The Remote Learning Hotline option to “dial 8 for computer/hardware issue” is now available for all Parents/Guardians, Students, and Fulton County Schools staff members. FCS Technology staff members will be available through “dial 8” to address hardware/computer needs or any problems with a FCS issued computer. If necessary, the Technology staff will help Parents/Guardians, Students, and Staff to choose a time/date/device hub location to get a computer, swap a computer, get a power cord, or return a computer if a student is graduating or leaving the district. Parents/Guardians with transportation limitations will be directed to the Community Engagement department.
Staff Computer Hubs will be at North and South Learning Centers Tuesdays from 12:00pm-6:00pm.
Student Computer Hubs will be at Ridgeview, Wolf Creek, Taylor Road, and Banneker Tuesdays from 9:00am-3:00pm.
Hubs will be open from April 21th until the end of the remote learning period.
