  • Remote Learning Updates

Thank you so much for all that you are doing to support the learning of our children. We have all learned a lot this week and appreciate your patience and feedback. One area that we need to continue to work on is streamlining the communications you are receiving. As a school, we are working with our teams to try and improve in this area. We want our teachers to stay connected with the children, but understand that at this age, that puts a big burden on the parents. Please know that our staff is just an email away during normal school hours should you and/or your child need assistance. Please keep the lines of communication open, and do not hesitate to reach out to your child’s teacher(s), or any member of the admin. team. We are here to support you!
For technical support, please call our Remote Learning Hotline 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday – Friday at 470-254-2300.

  • Digital Learning Days begin

Fulton County Schools announced, beginning March 16, schools will continue as Digital Learning Days. Digital Learning Days are days where students will complete assignments sent by their teachers AT HOME. You can expect to receive an email from your child's homeroom teacher no later than 9:00 a.m. the morning of the Digital Learning Days. If your child is in Special Ed., ESOL, or EIP, those teachers will review the digital learning plan for your child's grade level and email you directly if they feel any adjustments need to be made to the grade level plan.
What to expect: Students in grades K-2 should spend no more than 60 minutes working on their assignments. Students in grades 3-5 should plan to spend no more than 90 minutes on their assignments. All assignments are due 5 days after our return to school unless additional time is provided by the teacher. If you have any questions about the assignments, please do not hesitate to email your child's teacher.
