What can your counselor do for you?
Feeling overwhelmed? Scared because your parents are splitting up? Worried about a friend? Need to discuss how COVID-19 has affected you? Sometimes it's just not possible to sort through tough times alone. Problems can build up and you may lose sleep, find you can't concentrate on homework, or even become sad, frustrated or feel alone. When you need to talk to someone, your school counselor is a great place to start.
How do I contact my counselor?
There are several ways to contact a counselor. We can set up a meeting via Teams or Facetime. We are here to help address your social/emotional, career and academic needs. Never be afraid to reach out.
