    7:40​ a.m - 2:20 p.m.

      

    Circulation Information:

    Media Center hours for student checkout are from 7:15 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. (during Face to Face)

    Students may check out 2 items for 2 weeks.

    Pre-K may checkout 1 book for 2 weeks.

    We have a large, current collection of fiction, nonfiction, and e-books. ​

    Face to Face students may put books on hold through Destiny Discover.  We will deliver books to their homeroom.

Curbside Library Book Check-Out

  • Students now have the ability to reserve books in Destiny Discover and pick-up their order curbside and contactless. Please click here for all the information. Remote learning students can begin reserving their books now and pick-up will begin on Thursday 9/17. Just be sure you receive an e-mail from the Shakerag Media Center letting you know your order is ready before you arrive to pick-up. Please know that face-to-face students can check out books while in the building. Media Center Mission Statement

  • The Fulton County Schools Media and Educational Technology department promotes academic excellence by empowering student and staff to be effective, discriminating users of ideas and information. Additionally, Fulton County Schools Media and Educational Technology Instructors (METIs) assist instructional staff in using technology effectively for differentiating instruction and providing rigorous, relevant, and engaging learning experiences for all students. The Fulton County Schools Media and Educational Technology department facilitates the development of balanced and relevant collections of digital and print resources for teacher and student use. Digital resources are provided for all students that are accessible anytime, anywhere, on any web-enabled computer, laptop, or mobile device.
