Ocee Parent Universities
Family engagement is vitally important to us at Ocee Elementary Schol. About once a month, we try to engage the families of Ocee in what we call Ocee Parent Universities. Each month's OPU focuses on a topic relevant to parents of elementary school students, hosted by an Ocee staff member or an expert guest speaker. Recorded sessions will be saved on this web page for viewing in the future.
Upcoming OPU Topics:
February 4: Deiona Carter, Ocee's Summit Counseling therapist, will focus on discussing hard topics with children
March 4: LaTosha Gray, Ocee's assistant principal and former literacy coach, will focus on building literacy skills at home
