Tawonna S. Jones

Greetings. I’m Ms. Tawonna Jones and I’m a proud member of the Mary M. Bethune Family. I have been working for you and the Fulton County Bd. of Education since 1994 and I’ve been at Bethune since 1999. I have worked in several classrooms

during my tenure here at Bethune, but the most challenging and rewarding experience has been working in Media Central, for the past 16 years.

My passion is working with and molding students into the best version of themselves. In my spare time, I line dance, travel, shop for unique items, and spend time with my family, especially my grandson who we lovingly refer to as DILLY.

Though we are experiencing some very challenging times for education during the current situation, I have full faith that our students will come out on top. Here’s to an awesome 2021-2022 school year.
