    Ahmad Keichour

Being a Parent for a special need boy, whom he is my oldest, is challenging not only for me but for all special need parents and kids and engaging in the school decisions and environment might give me the chance to offer something for those kids and make there life easier as we have to prepare them very well for the life in front of them specially with everydays changes in this world. I do believe in those kids specially of we offer them good Technology Training as this is would be a great field for them to allow there imagination fly, as it is very well known for all of you how good those kids might be and successful in Solo Oriented Jobs or Sports, they could not be as good as there peers in Team Groups Sprits like football and Soccer and Basketball but they might be very good in running or martial arts or swimming. So I hope I will get the chance to help those kids and of course we should not forget about other kids and how important we have to prepare them as well and make them aware of all the challenges in front of them, Drugs, Bullying and High Performance Training specially in Technology to let them be prepared specially we have one of the best Technology Schools I'm the World (Gerogia Tech)...

    Franca Marsh

My name is Franca Marsh, and I am the proud mother of 2 amazing boys, a raising 6th grader, and a 3rd grader (Ocee Elem). I was born and raised in Italy and moved to the U.S. at the age of 20, first to go to college and then to pursue

my career. Before marriage and motherhood, I spent about 20 years working within corporate America, as a Sales & Marketing and Special Events Coordinator. At the age of 40 I finally got married and after having 2 children, I decided to put my career on hold and become a stay at

home mom. When my children entered elementary school, I became very involved at their school, first as a volunteer, then as a PTO member, and later on I joined SGC as well. Meanwhile, I also became a substitute teacher. I absolutely love being actively involved within the Fulton County School System, as a parent, a volunteer and an educator. I feel it is critical for us, the community, to stay involved, and to know and understand first hand what is going on with our children and their education. It is also important to support our educators, to respectfully ask the right questions and to let our voices be heard. I am a committed and responsible parent, I am reliable, trustworthy, very passionate and most importantly, I care. I am fluent in Italian, Spanish, and can get by with some German. I love to travel, to read, to cook and bake, and to exercise. Thank you for the opportunity to serve as an SGC member at TRMS.

    Marcy Morantz

My name is Marcy Morantz and I would be honored to serve on the TRMS School Governance Council. My husband, David, and I have 2 daughters. Zoey is a 7th grader at TRMS, and Mayah is a 5th grader at Ocee, who is eager to be with her sister next year! Dave and I decided

to live on a tight budget once we had children so that I could be an actively involved Mom. And I have fully embraced that role! I have served on the TRMS PTA for a year and half, this year as the Vice President and last year as the Communications Chair. I am also actively involved with many Ocee PTO activities, such as chairing the Young Authors program for 3 years. I am the Lead Volunteer in the Ocee Media Center, and I have chaired the Scholastic Book Fair at Ocee for the past 5 years. I have also been a room parent for both of my girls' classes during all of our years at Ocee. In my life before children, I worked as a Program Director and a Parent Educator with 2 Juvenile Justice Diversion Programs in Forsyth County. I also volunteered with our synagogue serving as editor of our monthly newsletter, as a Vice President, and as a Member At Large before that, on the Board of Trustees. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the University of South Florida and a Juris Doctorate Degree from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. My motivation for serving on SGC is simple: to do what is in the best interest of our children! I hope you will give me the honor of doing just that.
