Placement Consideration for 2022-2023 School Year
As we start planning for next year, the process for placing students in classrooms will begin soon. Creek View is committed to placing each child in his or her best learning environment.
If you feel your child has specific learning needs or unique considerations that should be brought to our attention, you are welcome to complete the form below.
Placement considerations are due by Friday, May 6, 2022. Contact Dorian Gower, Curriculum Support Teacher, at gower@fultonschools.org with any questions. Thank you!

Rising Kindergarten Families:
We are so excited for you to join Creek View for the 2022-2023 school year. Below you will find the link to our placement survey. This survey will provide us with information that will help us with creating classes and will be shared with your child’s teacher. If you have any questions about registration, please contact our Data Clerk, Kristin Weger, at weger@fultonschools.org. If you have any questions about academics and curriculum, please contact our Curriculum Support Teacher, Dorian Gower, at gower@fultonschools.org. If you have questions about the transition to elementary school, please contact our Counselor, Chris Emerson, at emersonc@fultonschools.org. Thank you!

Students will use the Six Cs (Compassion, Curiosity, Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration, & Creativity) and the Engineering Design Process as they focus on problem solving.
We want to make a change in our community by using our hearts, our brains, and our hands to solve real world problems!

Birthday Celebrations
-
Some families choose to celebrate their child's birthday with a class treat at school. This is completely optional. Due to increased food allergies that exist among our students, birthday treats are only allowed through the cafeteria. Our cafeteria manager, Chris Schram, can provide frozen treats including slushies in a variety of flavors and frozen yogurt in birthday cake flavor. Cost is $20 per class. Students may not serve snacks to peers that are not part of their lunch class.
The order form can be found here: Birthday Celebration Form
***Please try to submit form 2 days prior to the day you would like the treats.

Please make sure to join PTA and fill out all required documents through their new website.
