Digital Citizenship for Parents

  • parent survey

Attention AMMS Parents! As of this afternoon we have had 111 parents complete the Georgia Parent Survey. This is good; yet we could be GREAT in increasing our participation with your help! There’s still time for you to participate in the Georgia Parent Survey! We want your feedback. If you haven’t already done so, click on the link below and take just a few minutes to complete it.

    Georgia Parent Survey

The Georgia Parent Survey contains 24 questions. The survey may be completed using your personal computer, smartphone, or tablet. All parents are encouraged to participate in the Georgia Parent Survey because the data will be used as part of the calculation of our School Climate Star Rating. Survey responses are anonymous, self-reported, and are submitted directly to the Georgia Department of Education for analysis. The Georgia Parent Survey is also available in Spanish. Please note that you may select the Spanish version within the survey. The Georgia Parent Survey link is posted below.

  • SWAT

Do you like technology and want to make a difference at Autrey Mill? We encourage you to apply for our SWAT Team!

Our Students Working to Advance Technology Team is looking for new members for the 2020-2021 school year. SWAT is an integral part of the running of our school helping with transformative uses of technology and troubleshooting issues that arise within a 1-to-1 learning environment. Through this opportunity, students will gain valuable, real-life skills that will help them in the future as they learn to navigate customer service needs, learn to speak and present in front of others, and gain leadership skills as they help to implement our technology plan using their own ideas and creativity.  Students do not need to know all things tech-related to apply, but do need some working knowledge of how to use an iPad. Our team values a kind heart and willingness to learn as the technology skills can be taught. Only a select number of students will be accepted onto this team following the application process, teacher recommendations, and an interview.

    Applications can be found here:
