A starting point for approved filming, photography, theatrical, commercial, and media-related use of Fulton County Schools facilities.
Fulton County Schools facilities may be considered for approved film, television, theatrical, commercial, and still photography requests. All production inquiries are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure the request aligns with district procedures, school operations, safety requirements, and appropriate use of school facilities.
FCS facilities may include spaces such as auditoriums, athletic fields, gymnasiums, cafeterias, media centers, classrooms, parking areas, and other school or district spaces, depending on availability and approval.
What to Include in Your Inquiry
- Production company or organization name
- Type of production
- Requested school or facility space
- Proposed filming date(s) and time(s)
- Estimated crew size
- Parking, staging, equipment, or security needs
- Whether students, staff, or minors would be involved
- A brief description of the scene, project, or intended facility use

To begin the process, email the Facility Rental Department and include “Filming and Production Inquiry” in the subject line.

Important: Production requests may require district review, school-level coordination, insurance documentation, content or script review, safety and security planning, and approval from the Facility Rental Department. Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee approval.
