Land Management
The Land Management Office manages the real estate acquisition, disposition, and leasing of property needed by or belonging to the Fulton County Board of Education including facility rentals, third party leases, easements, intergovernmental agreements and cell tower leases.
Land Management works in conjunction with both Capital Planning and Program Management for pre-aquisition planning including the management of due diligence assessments, environmental and geotechnical evaluations.
