Capital Planning

The Capital Planning Department provides safe, functional, and serviceable environments that support the academic vision of Fulton County Schools.  The department collaborates with district leadership in academics, information technology, school nutrition, safety and security, school transportation, facilities, and maintenance to ensure that the facilities are designed utilizing the best practices available.  The department openly communicates with members of the community, state, and Georgia Department of Education to ensure expectations and quality standards are met and to provide maximum sustainability of the environments for as long as possible.  Capital Planning continually tracks project budgets and schedules to ensure the program remains fiscally responsible to the tax payers of Fulton County.
