FCS Charter Schools Petition Process and Timeline
2026-2027 Renewal Petition Important Dates:
- 3rd Friday in March – Letter of Intent (LOI) Submission-March 20, 2026. (Electronic submission will be accepted by due date).
- 3rd Friday* in September – Renewal Petition Application Submission-September 18, 2026* Per FCS Policy/Procedure petition must be delivered in person to FCS Charter School Department at the Fulton County Schools Administration Center on due date before 12:00 p.m. (noon).
