Professional Learning provides High Quality Professional Learning that positively impacts the effectiveness of all Fulton County Schools employees so that can they create conditions that empower all students to succeed.

PLLD Goals:

• Implement comprehensive professional learning program based on elements of high-quality professional learning (HQPL) design framework (Fulton Leadership Academy)
• Intentionally plan and execute effective project/program management using Monday.com
• Design and align professional learning offerings with needs assessment outcomes based on a high-quality learning framework.
• Develop diverse high-quality professional learning (HQPL) experiences that support personal and professional growth for all employees, providing opportunities for both skill development and career advancement (Level Up)
• Make strategic investments in programs and resources that ensure sustainability.
• Seek and utilize stakeholder feedback to improve cross-divisional collaboration.

Fulton County Schools has designed a multi-level, comprehensive professional learning plan that empowers all employees to practice, refine, enhance, and advance their personal and professional skills, enabling them to excel in their current roles and across the organization. Program participants can also earn a monetary incentive.
