PLLD Mission:

The Professional Learning and Leadership Development team is dedicated to elevating the capacity and potential of every Fulton County Schools employee. We accomplish this by:

• Designing and sustaining systems that foster high-quality, job-embedded professional learning, ensuring employees at all levels are supported, empowered, and equipped for success.
• Collaborating with schools and departments to co-create meaningful professional growth opportunities that are relevant, research-based, and aligned with district goals.
• Cultivating leadership at every level by nurturing reflective practices, coaching, and leadership pathways that build personal and professional excellence.
• Aligning all learning experiences with Fulton County Schools’ Strategic Plan, ensuring that growth opportunities address both the immediate and long-term needs of our staff and students.
