Voluntary 403(b) and 457(b) Retirement Plans
All FCS employees can choose to invest using Tax Sheltered Investment account. This is a voluntary option open to all employees.
*For calendar year 2026, the annual contribution limit is $24,500; however, if you are 50+, you will be allowed to contribute an additional $8,000 annually thus bringing your annual contribution limit to $32,500 for calendar year 2026.
