ESSER I - CARES Act
Fulton County Schools is allotted $18.3 million under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act, known as CARES Act I. This bill was signed into law on March 27, 2020, and represents the first round of federal funding. The funds are intended for coronavirus response activities to stabilize schools, such as purchasing personal protective equipment (PPE) and educational technology to support online learning for all students, and other additional activities authorized in the law.
