Registration for Students NEW to Fulton Schools
Families can also register NEW students to Fulton County Schools at the event. However, registration opportunities are limited. There is no need to sign up if your student is already enrolled in a Fulton County School. Sign up is only required if you need to enroll a new student.

Health Screenings and Health Fair
Fulton County Schools has partnered with The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile and Family Health Centers of Georgia to help new students fulfill the requirements of Georgia Form 3300 (Certificate of Vision, Hearing, Dental and Nutrition Screening).
Family Health Centers of Georgia (both locations)
- Family Health Centers of Georgia will provide vision, hearing, dental, and nutrition screenings to fulfill Form 3300.
- Services provided at both locations: Riverwood High School and Georgia International Convention Center
- No appointment is necessary.

Celebrating 50 years of service to the community, The Family Health Centers of Georgia provides healthcare year-round through school-based health centers in Fulton County Schools as well as additional locations in Fulton County. For more information, visit www.fhcga.org.
Ronald McDonald Care Mobile (Riverwood High School only)
- The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile will provide vision and hearing screenings as well as limited school-required immunizations for eligible kids and teens, ages 3-18 years.
- Services provided at Riverwood High School only.
- Appointments are required due to limited availability (up to 30 appointments max).

The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile program is a collaboration between Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities. The fully functioning mobile medical clinic is dedicated to bringing primary care to children where they live, learn, and play. For more information, visit www.choa.org/RMCM.
