There are a few reasons you may not be able to see your course in Canvas including:
Newly enrolled: Once enrolled, it may take 12-24 hours before a student sees their course in Canvas.
Term has not begun: Though registration opens in March, Virtual Learning summer term does not begin until June 4th. Courses are not accessible before the start of the term.
Dropped for non-payment: During registration, counselors select a tuition type for each enrollment. During the summer, students who are taking a course for the first time or accelerating have tuition charges. If tuition is not paid, students are dropped from the course. Your registration email includes tuition payment information if it applies to your enrollment. If you need to make a payment after a drop, please follow the instructions in the family guide in the Virtual Summer Learning page and email virtualcampus@fultonschools.org once complete. They will confirm payment and reinstate you to the course.
Withdrawn from the district: If you are no longer enrolled in a Fulton County School, your enrollment is dropped with Fulton Virtual.
Outside of the Continental United States: Due to FCPS IT security, courses are only accessible if students are within the continental United States.
