Social Studies

The social studies curriculum prepares students to be active, informed citizens in a democratic and interconnected world. It fosters respect for all individuals, encourages lifelong civic engagement, and builds a strong understanding of democratic principles. Through active learning, students develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and inquiry skills by connecting historical and social science concepts to real-life experiences. In classrooms, we emphasize analyzing multiple perspectives, evaluating the validity of ideas, and promoting collaboration.
