Abbotts Hill Elementary School

Soaring to Success

  • PICTURE DAY IS OCTOBER 30TH!
PLEASE SEE INFORMATION BELOW FOR FACE TO FACE AND REMOTE LEARNERS

Student pictures are back! On October 30th, Abbotts Hill students will have their Student Picture Day (this day is for individual pictures only, not class pictures). This tradition not only provides our students with valuable memories of their childhood, but it also serves a practical purpose. The District includes the student’s most recent photo in the Infinite Campus system, allowing us to have access to a current image in the event of an emergency.

Students that are attending school face-to-face will take their pictures with their homeroom groups. Students that are engaging in remote learning will have an opportunity to come into the school to take their pictures during a specific timeframe on the 30th.

Click Picture Day Remote Learners to sign up your remote student for picture day on October 30th.

Click 2020 Picture Day Procedures to see how our picture day will be conducted this year. Please note that we will not use props. Photographers will be able to photograph a student by asking for their name and/or student number (i.e. lunch number) rather than exchanging a camera card with their information.

New Carpool Information

  • Carpool Numbers:
Each student will be assigned a carpool number this year.  As the students transition back into F2F learning they will be bringing the numbers home, along with a tag for their backpack.  If your student uses carpool, this is the number that will be called for dismissal.  Please have it displayed in the front of your car to help expedite carpool.

However, until your carpool number is received, please enter the following information on an 8 1/2 X 11 sheet and display in the front passenger side window of your car.  This will help speed up the carpool process.
