Noteworthy Information

  • End of the Semester Information

    The schedule for the End of the Semester is available!  You can click HERE for a .pdf version ready to post on your refrigerator.

    Any student requesting permission to take an exam/assessment at a time different from what is scheduled must secure administrative approval.  Please email Assistant Principal Josh Martin.

    If permission is granted, every attempt will be made to find a time within the exam window for the student to test (often during the afternoons of the exams/final assessments days if the teacher is available). 

    No Final Exams/Final Assessments will be given before the schedule time without Administrative approval.

    Make up Final Exam/Final Assessment Make-Ups are on January 3, 2022 at 9:00 am in the RHS Cafeteria. Students may leave once they have completed the assessment.

  • Fall 2021 Exam Exemptions

    Students who are eligible will be allowed to exempt the final major or minor assignments administered on the final exam days at the end of each semester:

    • Grade of 70 or higher in the course at the date where an exemption is eligible, without the addition of any quality points.
    • No ISS or OSS for the semester.
    • No administratively addressed issues of Academic Dishonesty for the semester.

    Students bear the responsibility of monitoring changes in their overall grade after the exam exemption has been granted.

    In order to apply for an exemption, the student is responsible for obtaining parent and teacher approval signatures, and submitting this form by the deadline December 6, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. The form is also available in the school's front office.

  • FCS Tech Competition Design Contest

    Are you into Graphic Design, Photography, Robotics or Programming? There is a competition for you, The Fulton County Schools Technology Competition.   • Junior Class Meetings

    Junior Advisement appointments are currently taking place. Junior students please check your email for appointment dates, times and important information from your school counselor. In the spirit of trying to keep everyone as healthy as possible, counselors will meet face to face with students on the date of their appointment while offering a virtual option for parent(s)/guardian(s). Parents and guardians are also welcome to attend in person with a two person (parent/guardian) limit for face to face participation. It is important for you to complete the assigned tasks prior to your meeting with your school counselor.

  • Effective Immediately - All 5:00 PM Activity Buses Cancelled for the 2021-2022 School Year

    Due to a shortage of drivers, the district has suspended all afternoon activity bus service (sweep bus service) for the remainder of the school year.  If your student typically rides the 5:00 PM sweep bus, please make alternate arrangements immediately.

  • No Drop-Off Items Accepted

    RHS has a "NO DROP-OFF" policy during school hours. Items cannot be dropped off to students or the office.  This includes devices, chargers, textbooks, lunch and sporting equipment.  We appreciate your cooperation and thank you for adhering to our policy.

  • Student Parking at RHS

    Student vehicles parked on campus without a valid parking permit will be ticketed and  possibly towed!  Assigned parking is not transferable between face-to-face and remote students. Violators may have their parking privileges revoked.
