Badge Replacement

  • A current, valid district issued badge must be worn visibly while on FCS property by all employees, contractors and unsupervised volunteers. If a badge has an expiration date, the badge must be replaced at the time of expiration by completing the requirements to obtain the badge. If a badge is current, but has been lost or needs an information update, please see instructions below to replace the badge.

     

    How to update or replace a badge:

    TO UPDATE AN EXISITING BADGE: There is no charge to update the photo, name or position on a badge that you have in your possession. Bring your current badge to either location during the operating hours for that location to have your badge updated. You must surrender your old badge to receive a new badge. 

    TO REPLACE A LOST/MISSING BADGE: Replacement fees are required if you no longer have a badge in your possession. Pay the replacement fee online HERE then bring your receipt to either location to pick up your replacement badge on the days/times listed above. Payment can also be made in person with a money order, NO CASH/CHECKS ACCEPTED.

     

    Replacement Fees:

    • No charge to exchange an old badge for a new badge, even if broken
    • Administration Access Badge - $25
    • School Employee, Unsupervised Volunteer and Contractor badge - $10

    5. Complete billing information or login if you have an existing account or you can create an employee account

    7. Enter employee ID# or unsupervised volunteer or contractor in the purchase notes section then select user agreement box
    8. Next
    9. Enter your credit card information
    10. Place order

     

    Once payment has been made for badge replacement fee, you must bring your receipt to either location and pick up your badge. Badges are not mailed or sent via interoffice mail.
