2024 - 2025 GA Pre-K AT DOLVIN
The Pre-K lottery registration ended on March 8th. Dolvin will have a lottery drawing on March 25th and will post the results here.
Below are a few answers to common questions.
- Children must be 4 years old as of September 1, 2024, to be eligible for the lottery. There are no exceptions.
- Children must live in the Fulton County School District.
- Dolvin has one Pre-K class with 18 open spots, plus two that are used at the principal's discretion.
- Children who live in the Dolvin district are given priority. There will be an "in-district" and "out-of-district" lottery.
- Children who have older siblings already at Dolvin are put into the same lottery.
- The lottery is not the same as registering for school. Registration will take place after the lottery. Please do not register your child until you know that they have received a spot.
- If you are not selected, you will need to fill out paperwork to remain on a waiting list.
- If you are selected, you will need to provide the child's birth certificate and two proofs of residency to hold the spot. (Additional items you will need to complete enrollment are GA Form 3300, GA Form 3231, Social Security Card or Waiver and additional paperwork as required by the State.)
- The Pre-K class at Dolvin is a full day.
- Pre-K children are allowed to take the school bus if they live in the Dolvin district.
- Please do not sign up for the lottery more than once or under each parent's name. Each child can only have one number in the lottery.

Kindergarten and New-to-Dolvin Student Registration for 2024 - 2025
Registration for NEW Dolvin students is now available online! Please go to our registration page to find out what documents are needed to begin registration and have them ready to upload in PDF form. The link on that page will take you to the Fulton County Schools registration page. If you are already a parent of another child that attends Fulton County Schools, you can register the new student in your parent portal as well. If you have a student already attending Dolvin, you do not need to enroll them as they will automatically be enrolled for the next school year.
Please note that after you submit your application, you must contact Lisa Carper at carper@fultonschools.org with your application number in order for the process to proceed.
