Getting Started

  • Parents and guardians may enroll students using the online enrollment system. A login will need to be created to complete the form. ONLY a custodial parent or guardian should fill out this form. The school will also need to verify the student's documentation prior to the student being accepted into the Fulton County School System. Parents and guardians should have the following information before filling out the form.

    • Student's Demographic Information
    • Student's Social Security Number
    • Emergency Contact Information

    If you have an electronic version of the required supporting documentation such as a copy of the Social Security card, birth certificate, or immunization record, you can upload those documents and attach them to the form. Please submit only .pdf documents or image files with the extension of such as .png, .tiff, .jpeg.
