As students in Fulton County Schools (FCS) have begun returning to face-to-face instruction, a number of changes were implemented to ensure the health and safety of students, staff, and visitors. Among the most vital of these changes is the development and introduction of a new electronic FCS COVID-19 Reporting Portal for parents. This electronic reporting process will allow for a more direct reaction from primarily the Fulton County Board of Health (FCBOH) with support from FCS to promptly respond and address student/family cases of COVID-19.

PICTURE DAY MOVED TO DECEMBER 8
PLEASE SEE INFORMATION BELOW FOR FACE TO FACE AND REMOTE LEARNERS
Student pictures are back! On October 30th, Abbotts Hill students will have their Student Picture Day (this day is for individual pictures only, not class pictures). This tradition not only provides our students with valuable memories of their childhood, but it also serves a practical purpose. The District includes the student’s most recent photo in the Infinite Campus system, allowing us to have access to a current image in the event of an emergency.
Students who are attending school face-to-face will take their pictures with their homeroom groups. Students that are engaging in remote learning will have an opportunity to come into the school to take their pictures during a specific timeframe on December 8
Click Picture Day Remote Learners to sign up your remote student for picture day on December 8.
Click 2020 Picture Day Procedures to see how our picture day will be conducted this year. Please note that we will not use props. Photographers will be able to photograph a student by asking for their name and/or student number (i.e. lunch number) rather than exchanging a camera card with their information.
****To order school pictures, click Fall Pictures 2020, and enter the Picture Day ID: EVTNZPVQ7. Orders must be submitted on or before December 8, 2020****
