    Fulton County Schools would like to say "welcome" to our newly-hired principals and administrative staff. We also offer our "congratulations" to existing employees that move into these positions as well. We are proud to present our newest team members here and on our FCS Social Media.


    Ali Boggs

    Ali Boggs, M.S.

    Director of HR Information Systems

    Mrs. Boggs began her career at Fulton County in 2013 as a Program Evaluation Analyst split between both the Program Evaluation and Human Resources departments. By early 2015, she progressed to the role of HRIS Systems Analyst. In this position, she performed work in both system support and data analytics for the next several years for HR as well as other interdepartmental projects. This work followed her to the role of HRIS Coordinator in late 2022, where she began to fully manage processes and focused on work maintaining data integrity within the system. Furthermore, throughout her various roles in Fulton, Mrs. Boggs has worked to collaborate with team members and stakeholders to improve HR systems and processes and plans to continue this approach in her new role.

     
    Mrs. Boggs holds three bachelor’s degrees from the University of Georgia in Psychology, Sociology and Criminal Justice. She assisted on research and consulting projects related to social and workplace psychology with a focus on mastering skills in data analytics. She also attained her master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia where she continued to grow her interest in the role of data to drive key decisions and assess organizational effectiveness.

     
    Ali is dedicated to her family and is raising a bright and kind 6-year-old boy named Alden with her loving husband, Jordan. She is committed to her work at Fulton and believes that every role, no matter how distant from the classroom, holds value for ensuring a quality education for the students. By working to improve system processes and strengthening interdepartmental relationships, she hopes to provide a better experience across the entire lifecycle of an employee. Ultimately, Mrs. Boggs is excited to apply her skills as Director of HRIS to further improve our HR systems and better serve our employees. 


    Tanisha Lewis

    Tanisha Lewis

    Principal, Liberty Point Elementary School

    Tanisha Lewis has over 23 years of experience in education.  A native of Tulare, California, Ms. Lewis started her educational career soon after college in Memphis Tennessee as a Middle School reading teacher.    She made huge growth in the reading achievement of her students as she piloted the Read 180 program which yielded a 20% overall student achievement growth.  Ms. Lewis began her tenure in Fulton County Schools in 2017 as a 5th-grade math teacher at Love T. Nolan Elementary School.  She soon connected with the social-emotional support of her students and used her degree in human development as a Disproportionality Coach at Roswell North Elementary.   

    Ms. Lewis joined the Liberty Point community in 2017 as the School Counselor where she developed processes around the MTSS program and helped students close the gaps in their learning.  She decreased the overall school office referrals which led to an increase of instructional time and the school receiving a Distinguished recognition from the state of Georgia for the Positive Behavior Support systems.  Ms. Lewis was a key member of the leadership that skyrocketed Liberty Point from an “F” report card school to a “B” report card school.  By 2021 Ms. Lewis’ passion for student progress and closing the learning gaps accelerated her to the Assistant Principal position and now she takes the passion she has for student learning into her position as the principal.
