All returning dual enrollment students looking to take a college class during spring must complete the DE Student Advisement Form (below). This form is due to the Cambridge Counseling Department (Bridge West) by November 1, 2023, or earlier.

Students taking a dual enrollment course for the first time must complete the Dual Enrollment Contract found in this section. The Dual Enrollment Checklist can also be found in this section to assist students through the dual enrollment process.
