• Graduation Requirements

  • Types of GPA Calculations:

    • Weighted: Includes 7 points added for Honors, AP, & DE courses in FCS.
    • Unweighted: Removes 7 points added for Honors, AP, & DE courses in FCS.
    • Core: Only grades for Math, Science, Language Arts, Social Studies, & World Languages (sometimes additional AP classes will be considered).
    • Cumulative: All classes listed on your high school transcript.

     

    DO NOT recalculate your GPA. Your official GPA is out of 100.00. When applying to schools, report the weighted cumulative GPA listed on the top left of your transcript. Every college/university calculates GPA differently. If done incorrectly, it could negatively impact your application.
