Welcome to our classroom! My name is Caroline Haynes and I am thrilled to be your second-grade teacher this year. I just recently graduated from UGA, so this is my first year of teaching. I am currently finishing up getting my master’s degree online with UGA. I love dogs, horseback riding, and painting in my spare time. A lot of my family lives in Seaside, Florida and I absolutely love visiting them whenever I can. That is where I spent a lot of my time this summer. What did you do this summer break? I cannot wait to be your teacher this year and have a FANTASTIC year!

Hi! I’m Mrs. Wedding. This is my 27th year of teaching, and fourth year at Wilson Creek! I am originally from a small town in Oklahoma – Boomer Sooner! I earned both my Bachelor of Education and master’s in education from the University of Central Oklahoma.

I have taught in Oklahoma, Wisconsin, and Georgia. Most of my career has been spent working in the primary grades (1st-3rd). I worked in Wisconsin for 16 years with the last few years as Literacy Coach. During this time, I worked with all grades K-5 coaching teachers in the areas of reading and writing as well as providing reading intervention for students in grades 1-4. I’m very excited to return this year to Wilson Creek and continue working with 2nd graders.

In my free time I enjoy golfing, spending time with family and friends, and traveling. Oh! How could I forget! I love to read!

Hi, I’m Mrs. Hall! This is my 35th year of teaching, and my fifth year at Wilson Creek! Many of my years teaching were spent in the K-2 classroom. As an avid reader myself, I put high importance on teaching the foundations of reading. I am Orton Gillingham trained and incorporate many of these strategies into my lessons. I have four adult children, my oldest three are in medicine and my youngest is a First-Grade teacher. I have five grandchildren, and many grand dogs!

HI! My name is Kelly Adamson. This is my 9^th year teaching. This will be my second-year teaching 2^nd grade. I taught1^st grade last year and I am looking forward to teaching this year with some familiar faces. I graduated from GCSU and have my master’s degree from Clemson. I have a cat named Rory and a dog named Brutus. A little about my summer is that I got married and spent some time traveling Europe.

Hi! I am Mrs. Cliff. I am very excited about this year! I was born in Jacksonville, FL. I moved to Johns Creek with my family when I was 8. I have grown up here ever since, I even went to Northview Highschool.

I graduated from Auburn University, back in 2020, where I got my degree in Early Childhood Education. This is my third year of teaching at Wilson Creek.

I really enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Including my husband and my dog, a miniature Australian Shephard; his name is Finley. I also LOVE Auburn University everything and the Braves! Traveling is another one of my favorite things! I am looking forward to this year with you all!

Hi, my name is Elaina Forney. I am originally from Bradenton, Florida on the Gulf Coast. I earned both my Bachelor of Education and Master of Education from the University of Florida. I have been a teacher in Fulton County for 21 years. This is my 17^th year at Wilson Creek. In addition to being a teacher, I serve on the School Governance Council for Wilson Creek and am one of the sponsors of the Wildcat Running Club. I have three children-all of whom attended or do attend Wilson Creek, River Trail, Johns Creek High School, and Northview High School. We live, work, worship, and play in the community and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Expect to see me at Publix, Target, or Ocee Park (please say hi!).

In my free time I enjoy gardening, walking, and watching my son play baseball. Our family LOVES to travel to Nation Parks and the beach! I love children’s picture books and am passionate about public schools!

Hello 2^nd Grade! I am Ms. Dodhiya. This is my 2^nd year of teaching 2^nd grade. I recently moved from Chattanooga, TN. I am super excited to be at Wilson Creek teaching you. I went to college in Kansas and got my degree from the University of Kansas!! GO Jayhawks!! Fun fact that about me is that I speak multiple languages.
