Redistricting 101 Meetings
- August 30 - 12:00 P.M. to 1:30 P.M.
- August 31 - 6:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M.
- Held on Microsoft Teams and at Board Members' August Community Meetings
- School system staff host informational meetings on redistricting criteria and scope
Round One Public Meeting
- September 12, 2022 (6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.) at Alpharetta High School
- School system staff outlined the redistricting process and established ground rules for facilitated small-group input sessions.
- Participants moved to small-group sessions and gave input related to the redistricting criteria.
- Staff reviewed public comments and applied Board-approved redistricting criteria to develop alternative attendance zone plans prior to the next community forum.
Round Two Public Meeting
- October 3, 2022 - 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Alpharetta High School
- Staff presents alternative proposals for new attendance zones.

- North Fulton Proposed Map B

- Community members will offer comments on strengths and weaknesses of each plan in facilitated small-group discussions.
- NOTE: The online comment forum will be available on Oct. 3 at 2:00 P.M. and will be live until midnight the following day.
- Prior to the next community forum, staff will condense the number of attendance zone alternatives based on public input.
Round Three Public Meeting
- October 18, 2022 (6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.) at Alpharetta High School
- North Fulton Proposed Draft Plan Maps
- Data Packet - Draft Plan (data tables, feeder patterns, description of changes)
- Community members will review and provide input on revised attendance zone draft plans in facilitated small-group discussions.
- Staff will use comments to develop a recommended attendance zone recommendation for Board consideration.
