Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases, all previously approved facility rental requests have been cancelled for the period of January 3, 2022 through January 17, 2022.
We will update you further with additional information on the facility rental process as we receive further guidance from our District Leadership.
Thank you for your interest in renting a facility within the Fulton County School System. The Facility Rental Department manages the facility leasing for more than 1,700 organizations that use our schools for cultural, recreational, civic, educational and faith-based activities. Our program allows for the rental of schools (except charters) and their grounds, athletic facilities, fields and playgrounds, and parking lots that belong to the Fulton County School System.
Fulton County Schools uses an online system called SchoolDude that allows organizations to search for a facility, check its availability, and start the reservation process.
Please note that per FCS School Board Policy KG, the Facility Rental Department does not rent to individuals. FCS can only rent to organizations that are registered with the Georgia Secretary of State’s Corporations Division.
