Parents who wish to change their student's learning environment (Face to Face or Remote Learning) for the last nine weeks of the semester, March 22-May 27, 2021, need to complete the following steps by March 12, 2021.
Complete the "Learning Environment Change" form indicating your learning environment preference.
Contact your student's grade level counselor or assistant principal to indicate the change. Be sure to attach a copy of the completed "Learning Environment Change" form. Below, you will find the contact information for your child's grade level counselor and administrator.
